Ingredients:
- 2 and 1/4 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 cup butter (melted for 30 second in the microwave)
- 3/4 cup cane sugar
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon almond extract
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 to 1 cup of shredded coconut
- 1 to 2 cups of enjoy life chocolate chips
- 1/2 to 1 cup of chopped or shredded almonds
Instructions:
- Whisk together eggs, vanilla extract, almond extract, and melted butter in a large mixing bowl.
- Once whisked pour in both the cane sugar and brown sugar, then blend together.
- Slowly add the flour, while occasionally pausing to blend.
- Fold in the shredded coconut, almonds, and chocolate chips.
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes on 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
